In this example, we will be using the GT Recovery Software. For a list of other recovery tools please visit here.
  • Download  the recovery software HERE: This file is in  a zip format of the RAR type so you will need either WinZip or WinRAR to be able to extract the files. After downloading it, extract all  the files to a particular folder.
  • Open the new folder and you will see a list of all the component files that make up the GT Recovery software. Notice the application file named GT Recovery, with a sky blue icon. Run that particular application , select the free version.
  • On the next screen, allow the drivers to install
  • Connect your android device and enable debugging mode.
  • The software will detect your device and display a list of the possible types of scan you can run. Select the  type of scan and allow the  GT recovery tool to crawl your root directory for deleted files and  recover them all for you.

Note: This works 100%  as long as your phone has not been updated since you deleted the file(s).
